华龙国际核电技术有限公司（简称华龙国际）是为全面落实国家“一个华龙、一面旗帜”和“核电出海，要加强合作，形成强大合力”的战略要求，在党中央、国务院的亲切关怀下，由国家能源局牵头，中核集团和中国广核集团共同出资，于2016年1月在北京注册成立。

作为华龙技术的共享平台，华龙国际肩负着融合并发展华龙技术的光荣使命，主要任务是做好华龙项目的技术符合性确认工作，与股东方有关单位开展核岛联合设计，协同推进华龙技术持续改进与优化创新，致力于推动华龙一号技术成为我国核电建设和“走出去”的主力品牌。

自成立以来，华龙国际在国家能源局、国家核安全局等有关部委和股东方中核集团、中国广核集团的大力支持与关心下，积极主动融入国家能源与核电发展大战略，在华龙技术融合和持续改进创新方面，在加强技术符合性确认和促进核电项目建设方面，以及在发挥平台优势和桥梁纽带作用等方面，竭力贡献华龙智慧与力量。

Hualong Nuclear Power Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hualong Tech.)，registered and established in Beijing in January 2016 and led by the National Energy Administration and jointly funded by China National Nuclear Corporation and China General Nuclear Power Group, is a company for the full implementation of the strategic requirements of “Hualong as A Flagship” and “strengthened cooperation for strong joint forces when nuclear power goes abroad”.

As a sharing platform for Hualong Technology, Hualong Tech. shoulders the glorious mission of integrating and developing Hualong Technology. Its main task is to confirm the technical compliance of the Hualong projects, carry out nuclear island joint design with relevant departments of the shareholders, collaborate to promote continuous improvement and optimized innovation of Hualong Technology, and is committed to promoting HPR1000 Technology as the major brand of China’s nuclear power construction “going global”.

Since its establishment, Hualong Tech. has actively integrated into the national energy and nuclear power development strategy with the strong support and concern of shareholders relevant ministries and commissions such as the National Energy Administration, the National Nuclear Safety Administration and shareholders, China National Nuclear Corporation, and China General Nuclear Power Group. In terms of Hualong's technology integration and continuous improvement and innovation, strengthening the confirmation of technical compliance and promoting the construction of nuclear power projects, as well as leveraging platform advantages and bridging roles, Hualong Tech. is taking every effort to contribute its wisdom and strength.
