浙江七丰智能装备技术有限公司由浙江工业大学谢林君博士和七丰精工（873169）陈跃忠董事长于2023年4月共同出资成立，位于浙江省杭州市西湖区。

企业由谢林君博士带头，谢林君博士是中国机械工程学会材料分会青年工作委员会委员，海盐县人才顾问、核电产业发展顾问、海盐县引才大使、海盐秦山核电专家。谢林君博士多年来主要从事核电设备结构强度分析、安全性评定、核电智能装备技术、材料疲劳、断裂及失效分析等，带领团队完成与在研的核电项目超五十个。

企业团队人数20人，其中研究生以上学历占80%。团队专注于技术创新、工艺创新、系统创新，以“责任、安全、创新、发展”为核心价值观，致力于推动核电数字化及信息化、核电智能装备、专用装备的国产化、材料性能及安全评估等相关技术研究与产品开发。

Zhejiang Qifeng Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly funded and established in April 2023 by Dr. Xie Linjun from Zhejiang University of Technology and Chairman Chen Yuezhong of Qifeng Precision (873169), and is located in Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

Led by Dr. Xie Linjun, the enterprise's leader, Dr. Xie is a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Materials Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a talent advisor of Haiyan County, a development advisor for the nuclear power industry, an ambassador for talent introduction in Haiyan County, and an expert of Qinshan Nuclear Power in Haiyan. Over the years, Dr. Xie Linjun has mainly been engaged in the structural strength analysis of nuclear power equipment, safety assessment, nuclear power intelligent equipment technology, material fatigue, fracture and failure analysis, etc. He has led the team to complete and is currently researching on more than 50 nuclear power projects.

The enterprise team has 20 members, among which those with a postgraduate degree or above account for 80%. The team focuses on technological innovation, process innovation, and system innovation. With the core values of "responsibility, safety, innovation, and development", it is committed to promoting the digitalization and informatization of nuclear power, the localization of nuclear power intelligent equipment and special equipment, and the research on related technologies such as material performance and safety assessment as well as product development.
