沪东重机有限公司是中船动力（集团）有限公司下属全资子公司，公司源于1958年建成的沪东造船厂柴油机车间。1998年5月，沪东重机股份有限公司揭牌上市。2007年12月，完成资产重组并正式更名为沪东重机有限公司。2020年变更为中船动力（集团）有限公司的全资子公司。经过六十六年历史积淀，已成为集“研发、制造、服务”全产业链和“低、中、高”动力产品全型谱覆盖的船舶动力总装企业。公司是集民用核设施柴油机制造、机组组装和调试的两家国内系统成套商之一，也是国内目前唯一一家具有完全自主知识产权核电厂应急柴油发电机组设计和制造能力的单位。公司致力于向核电厂营运单位提供符合核安全法规和标准规范要求，能够确保核电厂长期安全、稳定、可靠和经济运行的1E级应急柴油发电机组设计、制造和服务，可提供整体技术解决方案，开展产品全生命周期服务技术支持。公司通过构建全球一体化的协同研发创新平台，高起点打造世界一流动力科技研发体系。现已完全具备自主品牌系列化产品“HHM核柴一号”的独立研发设计和试验验证能力及制造服务能力，并将得到市场广泛认可。

Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSSC Power (Group) Co., LTD. It originated from the diesel engine workshop of Hudong Shipyard which was built in 1958. In May 1998, Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. was listed. In December 2007, HHM completed asset reorganization and officially changed its name to Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., LTD. In 2020, it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSSC Power (Group) Co., LTD. After 66 years of historical accumulation, HHM has become a set of the whole industry chain "R & D, manufacturing, service" and "low, medium, high" power products that are full coverage of ship power assembly enterprises. HHM is one of the two domestic system manufacturers specializing in the manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of diesel engines for civil nuclear facilities. It is also the only unit in China with complete independent intellectual property rights for the design and manufacturing of emergency diesel generator sets for nuclear power plants. HHM is committed to providing nuclear power plant operating units with the design, manufacturing, and service of 1E level emergency diesel generator sets that comply with nuclear safety regulations and standard specifications, and can ensure the long-term safe, stable, reliable, and economical operation of nuclear power plants.
