上海核原全面引进收购了国外成熟蒸汽重整应用技术与专利，并进行了该技术的国产化落地和复现验证工作。核原技术团队根据国内实际情况，进行了自主设计转化和设备国产化研制，申请了FBSR®注册商标及7项专利，在烟台建成了流化床蒸汽重整工业级示范装置，并承接完成了国家科技重大专项。

蒸汽重整工业级示范装置可用于各种模拟放射性废物处理的试验研究，以验证不同废物的处理能力、产物性能和减容效果，从而获得工业装置工程设计的基础数据和成套技术；同时成为工业化应用推广的示范中心、试验研究基地和用户操作培训中心。

Shanghai HeYuan Environmental Protection Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (HYEPST) is a high-tech company specializing in the fields of nuclear power and nuclear environmental protection. Its businesses mainly include radioactive waste treatment, nuclear inspection and maintenance,biological prevention and control of nuclear-related marine environment,high-end material r&d and manufacturing, etc.

HYEPST has fully introduced and acquired mature foreign steam reforming application technology and patents , and has carried out localization and replication verification of this technology. Its technology team has conducted independent design transformation and equipment localization research based on the actual situation in China, applied to register trademark FBSR® and 7 related patents, built an industrial demonstration device for fluidized bed steam reforming technology in Yantai city, and undertook to complete major national science and technology projects.

The steam reforming industrial demonstration device can be used for experimental research on various simulated radioactive waste treatment to verify the treatment capacity, product properties, and reduction effect of different wastes and thus obtain basic data and complete technology for industrial device engineering design. Besides, it has become a demonstration center, experimental research base, and user operation training center for industrial application promotion.
